Because our Artisan Collection pieces are handcrafted, oversized furniture items specially sourced for each order, approved returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee plus the cost of return delivery.
Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery, and the table must remain in its original condition with all original packaging.
Natural variations in solid wood — including differences in grain, knots, markings, texture and color — are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
