Eligible returns must be requested within the return period stated in our store return policy and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus all applicable return shipping or freight costs.

Original shipping, delivery, freight, or other transportation charges are non-refundable when applicable.

Merchandise that has been assembled, used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without required packaging may not qualify for a return or may be subject to additional deductions.

Please Measure Before Ordering

Because oversized furniture can be costly to transport, we strongly recommend reviewing all product and shipping dimensions before placing your order.

Please measure:

• Doorways and entryways
• Hallways
• Stairwells
• Elevators
• Turns and tight spaces
• The intended placement area

Returns resulting from size, fit, color preference, style preference, or a change of mind remain subject to the 20% restocking fee and return freight costs.

If you have questions about dimensions, scale, color, materials, or whether an item will work in your space, please contact Chic Woods before ordering. We're always happy to help you make the right choice.
