As an oversized item, the Hadley may arrive in more than one package. Packages belonging to the same order may occasionally be delivered separately. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

COLOR & APPEARANCE

The Hadley features a warm cognac-brown finish. Its coloring may appear slightly lighter, darker, or warmer depending on your room’s lighting and individual screen settings. Subtle variations in tone are part of its leather-inspired appearance.

LIMITED AVAILABILITY

The Hadley Sofa is available in limited quantities and may not be restocked once the current inventory has sold. Availability is not guaranteed until your order has been confirmed.

OVERSIZED-ITEM RETURN POLICY

Because the Hadley is an oversized furniture item, approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping.

Return requests must be submitted within five days of delivery. The sofa must be unassembled, unused, and returned in its original packaging with all parts, hardware, and protective materials intact. Please keep all packaging until you have fully inspected your order and are certain you will be keeping it.

Return shipping and the 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the customer’s refund. Original shipping and handling costs incurred in fulfilling the order are nonrefundable where applicable.

Items that have been assembled, used, damaged after delivery, or removed from their original packaging may not qualify for return. Please review all measurements carefully before placing your order.

If your sofa arrives with damage or missing parts, contact us within the five-day reporting window and include photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping labels so we can help.
